2. Products & Pricing

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

We make every effort to display product colours and images accurately. However, the actual colour of the product may vary slightly due to your monitor's display settings or the unique nature of acid-wash treatments.

3. Orders & Payment

• Orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment
• We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion
• Payment must be received in full before order dispatch
• We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD)
• For COD orders, a handling fee of ₹25 may apply on orders below ₹999
• Order confirmation will be sent to your registered email address

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship pan-India through trusted logistics partners. Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days (₹99)
• Express Delivery: 2–3 business days (₹149)
• Free Shipping: Available on all orders above ₹999

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (extreme weather, logistics delays, etc.). We are not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping partners.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• All original tags must be intact and attached
• Item must be returned in original packaging where possible
• Sale items and limited edition drops are non-returnable
• Customised or personalised items cannot be returned

To initiate a return, email returns@moonlitstreets.in with your order number and reason for return. Reverse shipping charges may apply.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, graphics, text, product designs, and imagery, is the exclusive property of Moonlit Streets and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.

7. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
